Our process of secure data destruction begins with the segmentation of each type of electronic equipment. From there, OLM Recycling ensures the proper elimination of all electronic files, in an effort to mitigate the risks associated with data recovery, equipment is disassembled and components are deployed to their base utility. Hard drives, data tapes, memory cards are destroyed by drilling, disassembled, or shredding.

Our shredder is designed for hard drive destruction devices and is approved for deformation of magnetic hard drive platters, per the NSA/CSS EPL.  Security Level is T-1/E-2/H-3. In addition, the shredder can handle hard drives, solid state drives, USB Sticks, magnetic tapes up to 3.5", cell phones, CD's, DVD's, credit cards, and various other media storage devices.

Witnessing of destruction is available, for additional fee. We can shred up to 250 hard drives per hour.

We have the capabilities of scanning each piece, reporting if necessary, and issuing a “Certificate of Destruction" upon completion for an additional charge.
